It seems the installation crashed when installing and the HUB hasn't been configured to have access to the internet. I've tried to uninstall, but I keep getting and there is a newer version installed error. How can I uninstall manually?...More

I've tried several times to install Character Creator 3 using the Reallusion Hub but the installation keeps failing at about 60-70% complete. See attached.
While installing you get the Character Creator 3 splashscreen. But it eventually closes and the failure message appears.

Ever since I have updated to Windows 10 Version 1809, any update to other software or games installation WILL WORK without a problem BUT NOT REALLUSION SOFTWARE.

I have the Pipeline version of Character Creator 3 yet when I came to export a character as an FBX I get a warning that I need the Pipeline version of the software, which I have. The flash screen when I run CC3 says it's the Pipeline version. I paid for the Pipeline version.

You guys need to be aware that while reallusion hub is running in the background I get HUGE packet loss and latency. Real issue to reproduce -- set your Windows scaling to 150% (as some of us old folks/visually challenged have to do) and you can't see the hub anymore, unlike ANY other Windows program I've ever installed or used (it disappears offscreen completely with no way to get it back)....More
