I had a issue with Iclone 8 and Character creator 4 smart manager stuck on initializing. i put a report for both and decided to uninstall both and reinstall. The problem is that reallusion hub wont let me uninstall any programs/plugins. (I uninstall and redownloaded reallusion hub and nothing changed) It will allow me to open the programs but since i manually deleted them off my computer it just opens my document folder. I tried resetting my license on my account, but it will accept but never show my computer ask active user. I am lost and don't know what happened. Before all this i updated each to their latest firmware and this problem started happening. Please help.
