Same problem here :( The problem began with animations exports. I couldn't send animations from iClone to 3DExchange anymore. So I decided to update my softwares. Now everything has been uninstalled. I'm stuck. I will contact you tomorrow for further investigations.

Hi antharaesm, It looks like the installer (in exe format) was broken while downloading/incomplete download. Check this FAQ to find the installer location: - https://kb.reallusion.com/General/52758/After-the-program-installation-via-Reallusion-Hub-where-can-I-find-the-installer Need to remove the installer manually & then re-download (re-install) again via Reallusion Hub. Reboot your computer before new installation. If there is an error, immediately extract & send the below log file (in zip format) for us to check. Note that \AppData is a hidden folder. C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Reallusion\RLLauncher.log How to show hidden files & folder: - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files On top of that we also provide you a tool to collect your system information as a file.
