Normal maps are not showing up in 3d exchange 7.01 with pixel shading on. Shows up in ICLONE 7 and in 3D exchange 6.

Trimble has made a change to 3DWarehouse, such that only Sketchup models in versions 2017, 2018, and 2019 can be downloaded.
None of these versions are supported by 3DXchange; the latest supported version is Sketchup 2015.

Hi,
When I try to load a character mesh with a non standard rig into 3DXChange 7.1, I can process the manual assignation of bones on the CUSTOM non standard rig BUT no more test animations work anymore like head calibration, basic walk, etc...
The same mesh works perfectly in 3DXChange 6...More

I installed 3dx 7.2 and it crashes. Saw on the forums that C++ redist was the issue. So, I removed it and reinstalled iclone 7 and 3dx 7 latest version. 3dx still crashes. I have attached the log file....More

I've already talked with support about this and was informed that the only way this is currently possible is to export the character as an FBX with animations then import into 3DXchange as a prop ( do not characterize it).
This is ok unless you want to see real-time action such as using mocap...More
