It is not possible to create rolling flat eyes with CC,
Not all Chatacter have rounded eyes e.g. Anime Character

Make the morph slider editor remember the latest settings.
Ex when you test out morphs from other 3d software you need to got back an forth maybe 30-60 times and each time you need to name the morph and select the files. Would be good if it remember the latest settings....More

When you need to replace a morph in the Face setup in 3Dxchange. Ex fix the blink.
It would be good if you can export the morph from CC3 directly and load it into 3Dxchange.
Currently when you try do this, 3Dxchange tell you that the vertex count is wrong....More

When you restart CC3 the preview is set to High. Even if you exit with Quick mode. And save the workspace as quick mode.
Better if it is the mode when you exit or workplace settings....More

Great work by RL. Went from 77 seconds to 34 seconds to open the default project. iClone opens in 12 seconds. My suggestion is to keep looking for ways to get CC3 to open even closer to iClone times. Thanks for spending time on this....More
