I've already talked with support about this and was informed that the only way this is currently possible is to export the character as an FBX with animations then import into 3DXchange as a prop ( do not characterize it).
This is ok unless you want to see real-time action such as using mocap...More

Normal maps are not showing up in 3d exchange 7.01 with pixel shading on. Shows up in ICLONE 7 and in 3D exchange 6.

Your Iclone software is the only one app that you have taken the time to let automatically adjust it's resolution for different size monitors.
I can not run Character Creator is 3dXchange on my 31 in screen without reducing my screens display resolution.

I am working with a character exported from DAZ who's exported facial morphs no longer match what I am seeing inside of 3DXchange.

I understand 3DXchange has joint rotation but that just distorts the model if you rotate 180 degrees and you can only see changes when "Active" is not checked.
