Nothing I do can connect me to the database. Enabling or disabling firewall. Uninstalling/Reinstalling. Deleting the cache in AppData/Local.Clicking Restart doesn't even work or attempt to connect. Logging in and out. Even clicking Reallusion Support brings me to a 404 page. Does anything...More

I updated CC to version 4.4, and now the thumbnails for Packs are no longer showing. Instead, there are generic thumbnails.
