Failed to Connect to Database
Nothing I do can connect me to the database. Enabling or disabling firewall. Uninstalling/Reinstalling. Deleting the cache in AppData/Local.Clicking Restart doesn't even work or attempt to connect. Logging in and out. Even clicking Reallusion Support brings me to a 404 page. Does anything in this expensive program work or is this all some scam? I'm surprised a the lack of information on this. There is not way this thing has such a high price tag for junk. I can't find any helpful information and I see maaaaany other people with the same issue. It only brings me to believe that this is a scam program.

I have the same problem, I just bought CC4 and iclone 8 and smart content manager doesn't work.
