Is Iray supposed to be compatible with SpeedTree?
I notice that normal maps are not applied in the render and in some cases Alpha maps for some leaves.

I downloaded a Mixamo animation to 3DXchange, applied it to iClone on a Game Base character. It works great in iClone, but when I export the FBX to 3DS Max (using 3DS Max setting), the animation playback in Max messes up the character mesh.

A few users reported it in the past. And I just found out it is a bug.
"Eliminate Shadow Artifact" works fine in Preview mode, but not in the MI Export (see screenshots)

In order to see a shadow cast from a object/subject lit by a Spotlight onto the surface of a Speedtree one has to select 'Receive Shadow" for the shadow to be seen even if "All Shadows" was selected. The Speedtree then does not "Cast" a shadow, it will then only receive a shadow it cannot Cast...More

As from what Ive learned going back and forth between cc iclone 3dxchange Unreal Unity and Daz - and Hitfilm
Id really like to see a 100% dependable import export system from iclone [to unreal] for starts
3dx is limited to 2 gigs - which means you cant import larger environments - pls beef...More

I would strongly advise the development team to be very cautious "opening" iclone to 3rd party developers to be able to add plugins by the truckloads - This IS a double edge sword ;;; it can provide progress and certainly bring great tools on one end
