The plug-in shows as "Installed" in Reallusion Hub, and the program confirms "Activate Purchased Items Finished."
However:
- My account shows 0 activated licenses for SkinGen Premium.
- The essential SkinGen features (Skin Editor, realistic skin layers, wrinkles, makeup, etc.) are missing in Character Creator 4.
- This makes the software almost useless, since SkinGen is required for realistic characters.

I already tried re-downloading, refreshing, re-installing, and re-activating several times. Nothing changes.

Please provide an immediate solution OR enable the license properly, because this is not acceptable after paying such a high amount.
