3DXchange 7 Pro - Dosen't run at all

Windows 10 home OS, NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 950m, INTEL Graphics card also. Plenty of memory both in system and graphics card.

Double click on Desktop Icon or executable. Splash screen displays - really small - acts like its loading everything, white 3x5 window displays with menu, then goes away.

That is all I have gotten since I purchased. Had several support tickets but nothing is working to get this to run.

Getting really frustrated that I can't use the software.

Dear all,

To solve the crash on launch issue of 3DXchange 7, we have build a special test version of 3DXchange 7 to use DirectX 11 mode, we need to confirm that whether this approach of solution is feasible on your computer?

Please download the zip file with the link below, extract it on your Desktop. There is a readme in the zip file, simply described how to switch between DX9 and DX11 mode. Please try the DX11 mode and let us know whether this version of 3DX7 is launch-able?

Please note that this version of 3DX7 is an unstable version, it is still under testing, DO NOT overwrite the original 3DX7 installed in your computer, and DO NOT use it in your daily work. It contains bugs, for example, currently it will fail loading fbx file. Also please ignore the "Load msx Error" message while launching 3DX7 for DX11.

I still have the same problem with any results, Windows October's patch have ruined my iclone pipeline. Anyone knows any other solution?

Moi même depuis le 17 aoùt 2018 avec  3DXChange 7.23 ,qui fonctionnait parfaitement, ne se lance plus il s'ouvre très vite et s'installe en haut à gauche en réduction impossible de l'ouvrir et de l'utiliser.
 3DXChange 6 fonctionne ,iclone 7.22  aussi ainsi que tous les logiciels reallusion  j'ai essayé  toutes vos propositions rien n'y fait ticket  141419 mais sans réponse pour l'instant .

Dear all,

One of our user shared a method from Microsoft Support that solved the 3DX7 crash on start issue for him on 2018/6/29:

You might want to try it, and please let us know does it work for you?

Please note that it's the monitor driver not the display driver that you need to switch to "Generic PnP Monitor driver".
