According to the CC3 manual, it should be possible to convert from CC1 avatars to CC3 avatars. The expected result would be a pure quad CC3 mesh (as shown in the first attached image); however, the actual result is a very dense triangulated mesh. To reproduce this bug:

I'm getting pretty bad results anytime i use the transformer to import a daz3d base characters (only use daz for hair), save a custom hair template ad then load a CC3 character to apply that custom template. Any mesh that's not the standard cc3 meshes (I use tokomotion meshes) this issue occurs...More

If you import a DAZ G2 male or female into CC3 using the 'Transformer' function, the face bones are not aligned correctly.
The eye bone positions are set out of place. This can be manually fixed using the bone editor as shown at this forum post:

Since the recent update to CC3.3 and the new CC3+ Bases I've found that some characters are not properly smoothed when converted to Game Ready meshes. This seems to badly affect CC3+ characters, slightly affects CC3 meshes, and oddly isn't at all a problem when creating a character using Headshot...More

Hello, I have noticed that when exporting to Unity and I set the export option on my character to Merge Material (I use by type), that it does not add an alpha channel to the texture and causes the eyelashes to show up as either white or black in the game engine depending on the character....More
