Ok I downloaded and ran the appropriate wer report generator but would you believe it since reporting the issue it has not happened again. I think it is going to be one of those things that suddenly it plays up and then calms down again and works. This is Not the way I would have liked the software to behave. Lets hope all the fixes that need doing will make it a more stable application
