Hello.

I can't start Character Creator 3.41 pipeline version because when I launch it,an error appears :

"assertion failed : program character creator 3 ccontentmanager2.dll file buildagent work RLFileTool.h line 51 Expression false"

I read somewhere that I should install smart gallery 1.2. I don't know where I can get it. From the reallusion website I can get only the version 1.12 and with this version I get the error.

Heh sorry for my post. Everything works well. I didn't notice that CC3 and iclone had different versions of smart gallery installed, and since there was no update possible for iclone smart gallery, I was convinced I had everything I needed. After installing a new version of SG from the reallusion website, iclone starts up correctly.

The same for me. I wanted to try out iclone 7 but it won't launch. What is funny it launched once but after that i get the same problem all the time.

You need to update Smart Gallery to version 1.2 to enable CC or IC successfully, the latest version of Smart Gallery can be downloaded through Reallusion Hub or Website.
If you have already downloaded Smart Gallery, you can also update Smart Gallery to the latest version through the Update page of Reallusion Hub.

Sorry for this problem. This is due to the compatibility of the Smart Gallery version. We will also fix it in future versions to prevent similar problems.

I get this same error. I am using the trial version but it is unlaunchable. I have reinstalled and ran as administrator. Neither of these fixed it.
