Non funziona l'import in Maya

Ho installato correttamente il plugin per l'auto setup da CC5 a Maya però, al momento di importare il char in maya, clicco sull'icona del plugin ma non succede nulla.

OS: Windows 11

Our current Auto Setup supports only Maya versions 2022 through 2025. Could you please confirm which version you are using?
If your version is within this supported range, we would recommend reinstalling Auto Setup. The installation procedure is explained in our tutorial video.
