Issue 12480
Due to Insufficient Expression Data
this message is keeping popup when I use IAvatar with HD profile data.
I have tried many things to fix it
installing HD character in both CC5 and IClone
changed the IAvatar Eyes to the standard CC3 eyes
but it couldn’t be solved
I have both Programs CC5 and Iclone
OS: Windows 11

We have updated the facial profile again in cc5 and the issue is gone.

Hi TechAmulets,

Regarding the warning message "Due to insufficient expression data...", this indicates that your current character is missing a valid Facial Profile.

Without a facial profile, the system cannot drive the facial expressions in iClone. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

Select your character in the viewport.

Go to the Content Manager.

Navigate to Actor > Facial Profile.

Apply one of the following profiles to your character (drag and drop):

CC4 Extended (Recommended for best results)

CC4 Standard

CC5 HD

This should assign the necessary expression data to your character and stop the message from appearing.

If the issue persists after applying a profile:
Could you please provide the Character file (.iAvatar) and a short video of your operation?
