Despite having a capable system, Cartoon Animator 5 frequently becomes slow, freezes/stucks, and crashes while I am working on animation projects. Rendering also takes significantly longer than expected.
The most serious problem occurs after a crash. In many cases, when Cartoon Animator 5 crashes, the recovery/auto-saved file also cannot be opened. When I try to open the recovered file, Cartoon Animator 5 crashes again. This makes it difficult to recover my work after a crash and creates a risk of losing a significant amount of animation work.
These issues are seriously affecting my workflow and productivity.
I would like to know:
What could be causing the frequent crashes and freezing? Why does the recovery/auto-saved project also crash when I try to open it? Is there any way to repair or recover a damaged Cartoon Animator project file? Are there recommended Cartoon Animator 5 settings for my hardware? Could this be related to GPU drivers, memory usage, hardware acceleration, project complexity, or software compatibility? Are there any known issues or recommended fixes for these stability and rendering problems? What settings can I use to improve rendering performance and reduce crashes?
Please let me know if you need my project file, crash logs, recovery file, system information, GPU driver version, or any other diagnostic information to investigate this issue.
I would appreciate your help in identifying the cause of these problems and finding a reliable solution, especially for the recovery-file crash issue.
