The characters cloth (vest) mesh is broken after moving the model from CC3 to Iclone 7.
When trying to edit the character back in CC3 from Iclone. The model look good in CC3.
Not sure where the problem is occuring. Attached screenshots....More

I have models that have been painted with Substance painter. I use 3d exchange to load model without textures; then press PBR material. As I am dragging the correct item into the different items that make up PBR it pushes a roughness or any one of the collection into other boxes. this is annoying...More

Just want to put in a suggestion for a new Sky Tool that allows for scaling the size of the sun and moon for Iclone 7.
Also, it would be great if there were a Sky Tool plugin for 'fantasy' and 'sci fi' settings including alien planets and other 'celestial' objects like comets, meteors, etc...More

I noticed a problem when an object is about to leave or enter the camera range (see the gif attached).
The problem happens here near the floor, the ambient occlusion is noticeably going on/off and it's doing the same thing for each step of the stair if the camera keeps going up.

To replicate: start a new scene with a character in, shadowcatcher works normally. Then CONTENT > SCENE > ATMOSPHERE > 1.HDRI > double-click any item and the shadowcatcher stops working....More

Hi,
That would be great when hiding elements like Avatars or props etc.. to get a better playback speed, for the moment it seems like the computer continues to calculate polygons of hided elements.
