Hi erdinckamisli,
Thank you for contacting us regarding the Face_Rig display issue in Maya.
The behavior of the Face Rig function depends on the specific "Facial Profile" applied to your character. Based on your description, the character you are currently using likely has a Standard or Extended profile.
To see the floating face board directly in the Maya viewport, your character needs to be equipped with a CC5 HD Profile.
You can also refer to our official tutorial video for a quick explanation on this:

1. As mentioned in the video, if the character doesn't have a CC5 HD facial profile, the face rig will not appear directly in the viewport, though the controls will still be accessible in the Face Rig tab.
Here is how you can check and find the correct profiles:
1. Check your current character: You can verify your character's current profile type by opening the Face Key editor in iClone, or the Edit Facial panel in Character Creator.
2. Find HD characters: In your Content Manager, look for content that has the "HD CC5" tag on the thumbnail. Characters with this tag are equipped with the HD Profile required to generate the floating board in Maya.
Please try exporting a character with a CC5 HD Profile and run the Face_Rig again. Let us know if you need any further assistance!
Best regards,
Kayla
