iclone 7 becomes completly unusable in many projects and texture glitches

When I open some of my projects iclone becomes completely unusable, I can click on what ever, adjust what ever, but nothing happens in the project window! Also i cant use or move the project window in anyway, iclone is at this state totally a dead stick and useless.

On other project all the textures start to flash in and out I have included links to the videos of these problems

I have tried different Nvidia drives with no results what so ever.

OS: Windows 10

The screen lockup sounds like the same issue as I reported in https://www.reallusion.com/FeedBackTracker/Issue/With-some-projects-the-view-port-freezes-and-is-no-longer-updated (issue #3664).
