Steps to reproduce:
- new project
- add character
- Open edit motion layer
- Frame 0 - select a joint and move to key start position
- Frame 50 - rotate/move joint to end position

Actual Result:
No motion clip created between Frames 0 and 50. Only two single frames created one at 0 and one at 50.

Expected Result:
For a motion clip to be created between the keyframes
