While in iray render hairs from Reallusion store create artifacts

I tried to render hairs bought in Reallusion store but in iray render they create artifacts like attached photos. I've tried to change blur and opacity of scalp but with no better results.

OS: Windows 10

Hello,

It seems g bounces resolve issue but i noted in final rendering scalp is visible through hair - is there any way to solve it?

Hi silvia.szymczyk,

Render mode try custom Max GI Bounces 16 to 24 or higher, you will get better visual result.
