Trial for CC4 Runs Slowly When Editting Morphs

my specs:
I7-10875H @ 2.3GHz
64GB RAM
RTX 3070 laptop GPU

The program is running slowly whenever I edit the default character morphs. Is it suppose to run slowly then? Or are my settings messed up?

OS: Windows 10

And the content manager is only initializing and not working
