"Suppress Shadow Flicker" is heavily affecting shadows when switching camera

Seems that turning ON the "Suppress Shadow Flicker" option is having a big impact on shadows when switching cameras.

As additional note: at somebody's on RL forum suggestion, I've tried and is seems the issue is happening if Shadow Range is set to Auto; if set to Manual, shadows are OK
