I am getting this same issue I also have the Reallusion Hub installed and I can and am logged in there but but fails in CC

Have you install Reallusion Hub?
If so, can you try to login via Reallusion Hub to see if this issue still happen every time?
Also, did you try the social login (Facebook or Google) instead of manually key in Account/Password?
And, can you tell us which way did your computer connect the internet, Wi-fi or Ethernet?
