Stuck on Login Screen

Character Creator 3.04 is getting stuck on the login screen. After about 10 minutes it will tell me Login Failed. I have used multiple accounts to try to sign in, and nothing works.

OS: Windows 10

So tbelljr004 I am wondering if you are running a new AMD 3000 series cpu like myself and if so if that might be part of the issue we are having?

I can log on to the Reallusion Hub with the Social features through Facebook and Google if that helps clarify the issue at all too. But even though I'm logged on through the Reallusion Hub, when I open Character Creator it still asks me to Login, and will be stuck when I attempt to login with the proper username and password.
