Some DAZ characters import with strange normal maps
I went through the recent tutorial about exporting Xeno Girl from DAZ Studio and importing it into CC5. I created the fbx and 3 different obj files as instructed, put them in the correct places in the Transformer and it worked as shown.
I then exported and imported 2 other DAZ characters, Dain 8, which worked as it should have, and Joel 8, which imported with strangely colored normal maps.
I noticed that the Daz normal maps were tif files instead of jpg, so I used Affinity photo to convert them into jpgs, then swapped them out in Daz, then re exported the fbx and obj files. The normals were still the same strange colors.
I then used an ini with the jpg normals and CC5 crashed during import.
What would cause these normal maps to turn out so off color?

Hi Hi AncientWire,

Thank you for your help, I have successfully loaded the fbx file with textures. But my character textures look fine.

Hi Hi AncientWire,

I'm sorry to bother you again, but I can't load your fbx texture, can you tell me your fbx texture folder path? For example: C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\Runtime\Textures\VincentXyooj\Joel

I included the ini that I created, but CC crashed when I used it. So the strange normals were created without an ini. The Xeno Girl and Dain 8 were successfully created without an ini.

This is a link to a google drive folder. If you need other information, I can put it in this same folder. Anyone with the link should be able to open it.

Thanks for working on this!
