It does include the ability to make your own soft body implementation, you paint physics weight textures (almost black textures for each body material on the physics tab, then slowly experiment painting the parts you want movement to a lighter color. At this time, Cloth Vs Cloth of native CC characters is not enabled/available which means clothing may clip into the body. A workaround could be colliders added to the body. Another workaround if your character is final and doesn't need any other outfits is to export FBX with clothing, reimport as HIK and then you have Cloth VS Cloth. i haven't experimented with that yet.
