Everytime I download an RLContent Installer it has the exact same generic name, giving no clue as to which item it installs. In my browser, I manually rename the file to display what the content is before I download.

RL would do both users and support techs a favor if it assigned a low-level employee, even an intern, to go through the entire Content Store and rename every download in a meaningful way. This would not involve any high-paid employer.
