I have CC5 and am still getting a watermark when I should not be with server failed to connect. My internet is working, I’ve deleted and re-installed, and followed the directions in the help section for this issue but I still get the watermark and DRM purchases pop-up screens. I disabled proxy, and firewall and am still receiving the watermark. I also started a character in v4 and upgraded some textures in v5 and now I cannot edit the character file in either version or export
