Particle Physics To Drive IK Physics/Ragdoll Physics/ Toon Joint Mode
In addition to rubberized/elastic joints - when this becomes available we can think about assigning joints to particles with automatic/sticky assignment/dynamics to drive IK joint chains for more complex animations & simulation. Particles with physics to drive an elongated elastic/rubber arm for example or complex whirl/spiral to create shape in the elastic arm (maybe best with additional joints) - turn off Toon joints in Edit motion layer and it could freeze that shape to be used with normal IK joints. If someone created a blob creature with lots of spikey arms, it would be time consuming to animate individually, even just the joint tips could be assigned to particles or use "look at" to assign to particles if look at were able to follow them.

Yes, the Ragdoll/IK Physics need to be created first for any character in order for joints on the character to be influenced by particles.

That sounds a pretty cool idea - but I feel the RagDoll should come first... Lots of uses for all sorts of characters, from realistic to toon.
