Imported FBX camera out of sync with background video
This fbx camera was created in Hitfilm Pro using Camtrack AR, using the following steps:

Shoot video with Camtrack AR, MP4 video at 30 FPS or 60 FPS. Error occurs with either rate.
Import tracking data into hitfilm which creates a 3d camera in a composite shot.
Right click on 3d camera and choose export fbx camera.
In Iclone choose File, Import Camera and choose saved camera location.
Dialogue box opens asking to import background video. Choose file location. This will import the camera and create an image plane with video file as texture.
Hitting play will cause both video file to start playing and camera animation to start, but camera animation plays faster than background video. This occurs if video file is just dragged in to background image instead of plane as well. Project file frame rate is same as video. Changing frame rates has no effect. Utilizing the tracked camera from Blender has the same effect in Iclone.
