Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Character_Creator_3_Hub from Order Receipt link.
2. Double click on the downloaded file.
3. At the User Account Control dialog box, choose "YES" to the question, Do you agree to allow ... changes to this device?"

Expected Results:
I expect the Installscript Setup Launcher to install Character Creator 3.

Actual Results:
NOTHING HAPPENS

I tried switching to nvidia game ready drivers and installing the trial setup and reallusion hub but the problem persists.
I also attached a zip folder with a screen recorded video and my system report if it helps.
