Issue 12573
HD Face Control cannot be opened
I found HD Face Control in Plugins and clicked on Open HD Face Control, but no window popped up.
I have already reinstalled the plugin, but the problem persists. I vaguely remember that there was no issue in the previous version
OS: Windows 11
Duplicate Issue:   HD Face Control will not install to iClone
