HD Face Control will not install to iClone

I am downloading the HD Face Control from the hub and installing it.
It does not show up in the iClone Plugins.
I have
Character Creator installed.

I tried doing a fresh uninstall then re-install everything but I still dont get the HD Face Control plug in in iClone.
I do see it in Character Creator, but not iClone

OS: Windows 11

Regarding the issue where the plugin is still missing, we suggest performing a "Clean Reinstall" which involves manually removing residual files. Sometimes, the standard uninstaller leaves behind configuration files that can prevent the plugin from showing up.

Please try the following steps:

   1. Uninstall iClone 8 via the Reallusion Hub.

   2. Crucial Step: Manually navigate to your installation drive (default is C:\Program Files\Reallusion\) and delete the entire "iClone 8" folder.

   3. Reinstall iClone 8 from the Hub.

   4. Reinstall the HD Face Control plugin.

Deleting the folder manually ensures a completely fresh environment for the plugin to register. Please let us know if this works for you.
