It seems the files do get submitted because it tells me it's working at 25% after the words "submitting" then switches to failed submission.. so to me that sounds like a Reallusion server or processing issue because it complains that I don't have internet even though it shows I'm logged in, can access the online manual by my user name etc

I have no problem with my internet, I access pages without delay, can watch video streaming services without issue.

Small/simple generations have no problem but when working with several video clips and AI characters in Video Gen mode under create for example, the submission fails.

Please use zip compression or something equivalent before files are sent, OR adjust your server's time out settings. Even download/upload accelerator tech could help.

I've had this same problem before submitting very complex characters for the marketplace. At one point I had to upgrade my high speed to even faster internet, but I moved to a location and service that doesn't offer me that.

I imagine that if you do implement some or both of these changes that you will get less issues from customers and that could be the difference between a customer staying or leaving your services because if they can't get it to work, they either assume their computer can't handle it or they assume your software is too buggy to work with.

My computer is powerful enough with 16 cores, 32 threads at almost 5 GHz, 128 GB of host ram and an RTX 4090, SSD drives etc., and that also helps with internet speeds. My network drivers are also up to date. As I said, I have no problem with connecting to video streaming services like amazon or Netflix. Maybe your server(s) can't handle the loads.

I've tried submitting the AI project at 5 am when there should mostly be no internet traffic, same problem.
No other services or programs were running such as anti virus or web browsers.

Lastly, it could be an issue with Seedance 2.0 - I've noticed that each AI model changes the amount of data or images that can be worked with.

Reducing the video length down from 10 to 5 seconds also doesn't change the outcome.
