Yes, the version of Character Creator 3 and Character Creator 3 Pipeline Extension Trial matched.  I'm reinstalled it 3 times, the problem persists.

Did the version of Character Creator 3 and Character Creator 3 Pipeline Extension Trial matched?
If not, please uninstall the Pipeline Extension Trial and reinstall again to see if it work.
