How to get it?
For PC user:
- Please go visit: https://cdn2.reallusion.com/Feedback-tracker/RLSystemInfoCollector-Windows.zip
- A file named "RLSystemInfoCollector-Windows.zip" will be downloaded automatically
- Find and extract this zip file, then click "RLSystemInfoCollector.exe" to execute.
- Click "OK" when displaying dialog "Please click OK to start collecting system information."
- After the process is done, click "OK" on dialog "Finish collecting system information."
- Find "RL_FBT_UserSystemInfo_Windows.zip" and attach it.
For Mac user:
- Please go visit: https://cdn2.reallusion.com/Feedback-tracker/RLSystemInfoCollector-Mac.dmg
- A file named "RLSystemInfoCollector-Mac.dmg" will be downloaded automatically
- Find and extract this zip file, then click "RLSysteminfoCollector" to execute.
- Click "OK" when displaying dialog "Please click OK to start collecting system information."
- After the process is done, click "OK" on dialog "Finish collecting system information."
- Find "RL_FBT_UserSysteminfo_OSX.zip" and attach it.
