I recently updated my Reallusion Hub and Character Creator to the current versions. CC4 I updated from v4.54 to 4.62. The work I do uses a specific pipeline with characters utilizing face bones rather than morphs to support some legacy work. This worked in v4.54.
In the new version, if you import a new non-standard character for setup, or try to update an existing one, the face bones will show for the first update, but if you try to edit subsequent morphs, the bones do not render in the UI, and if you select them using the Bone Manager and try to transform one in any way, CC4 crashes. I have tried work arounds like making a change to the first one, completely exiting the Facial Profile Editor, and then going back in to change another morph, but nothing works. This issue has already been resolved in our latest updates.
Please try updating to CC 5.03 and CC 4.63 first. If the problem still occurs after updating, please contact us again and we will address it as soon as possible.
