Exporting through InstaLOD system locks up at 75%

Exporting with InstaLOD making the materials into one, the system stops at 75% every time. i have tried different computers and different characters with different materials. No luck.

Any resolutions yet?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the software and did did it on a different computer with different hardware. Same results
OS: Windows 10

In another case,user can export fbx after delete some content.You can try it or provide your character file to us,we will check it.Please attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
