I am in windows 11, I have 4k monitors but everything in Reallusions applications is just massive. I have no other program on my computer that has an interface that takes much so much space on the screen. The actual viewport is a tiny sliver in the middle which makes it very difficult to work with the apps.
I don't know if this will work for you, but this helped me override the windows UI scaling (In Display settings, it is usually set to 150% or 200%) just for CC (and not other applications):
