Can't download skinned asset with original pose.
I am trying to download the skinned asset with the original pose that I uploaded it with and the A pose option is not lining up with the original pose. This is making is impossible to transfer weights in unreal to the original skeletal mesh.

Hi bkisereu,

Following up on your request—would it be possible for you to provide the original character file (the one you uploaded to AccuRig)?

As mentioned, having the source file will allow our technical team to reproduce the issue and identify exactly why the A-pose is not aligning correctly. You may use a cloud link and mark your reply as a "Private Comment" for security.

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,

Jasmine

Hi bkisereu,

Thank you for your feedback.

To better understand the situation: Are you currently uploading your character through AccuRig to ActorCore, and then finding that the A-pose option during download does not align correctly with your original skeletal mesh in Unreal Engine?

If so, could you please provide the original character file for us to investigate the cause of this alignment issue?

If the file size is too large, you can upload it to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive) and share the link in your next comment. To ensure your files remain confidential, please check the "Private Comment" option so that only our staff can access them.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Best regards,

Jasmine
