Can Not Export my animation in fbx format

I have a broblem with just one file in Studio Mocap Spunky Moves. I can not export as FBX when i apply "Move_walkSlow_M_1S" to a character. All the other moves can be apply and export. The message is : "You must first purchase the content licenses in order to export FBX and USD files".
I get spunky moves as a bonus with other reallusion purchase 1 years ago. So it's not a demo version.

Can you provide "Move_walkSlow_M_1S" and another motion file which you can excport to us?

I can export it.Can you provide your motion file to us?Please attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment. You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
