I'm running the Character Creator Auto Setup for 3DSMax 2025, under the tab of Body Rig, with the Biped rig option checked, and every time it gets stuck with this error I can't get passed. Been through support and was asked to add to the feedback tracker here. Attaching a screenshot and a sample model from CC that I am unable to create a rig for. (test model is broken to two RAR files since I can only upload 10Mb files here)
