Issue 12300
Body Bulges when the Character Blinks
My character's body bulges when they blink, chest, arms, legs, they bulge out.

"Correct eyeblink" does not resolve the issue.

I imported it into blender and tried to see if it was tied to weight paints, but no it appears to be directly connected to the Blink Shape keys

That’s so strange! Do you only operate the eye open/close switch? Please refer to the attached image. I tried performing the same operation as you did but didn’t see any Body Bulges. To help clarify the issue, could you please share the problematic project with me? Thanks.
