1. Please check that your system clock is set to the current date and time before you try again.

Set the system clock manually:
Step1. Go to Start > Windows Settings.
Step2. Select Time & Language.
Step3. Select the Date & Time tab.
Step4. Set the Time automatic: On.
Step5. Set the Time zone automatic: On.

2. If the problem still persists, please provide your character file and system information file to help us identify the problem. Here is the description about how to get your system information file.
