How to get it?

For PC user:

Method 1: Export System Information via Reallusion Hub

  • Open Reallusion Hub.
  • Log in to your Reallusion Member account if you haven’t already
  • Open the menu in the upper-right corner of Reallusion Hub, then click "System Information"
  • In the System Information window, click the "Export" button"
  • Find "RL_FBT_UserSystemInfo_Windows.zip" and attach it

*If you are unable to generate the UserSystemInfo file via Reallusion Hub: Please follow the legacy UserSystemInfo process to collect your system information and try again.

Method 2: Collect System Information via Legacy Tool

  • Please go visit: https://cdn2.reallusion.com/Feedback-tracker/RLSystemInfoCollector-Windows.zip
  • A file named "RLSystemInfoCollector-Windows.zip" will be downloaded automatically
  • Find and extract this zip file, then click "RLSystemInfoCollector.exe" to execute.
  • Click "OK" when displaying dialog "Please click OK to start collecting system information."
  • After the process is done, click "OK" on dialog "Finish collecting system information."
  • Find "RL_FBT_UserSystemInfo_Windows.zip" and attach it.

For Mac user:

  • Please go visit: https://cdn2.reallusion.com/Feedback-tracker/RLSystemInfoCollector-Mac.dmg
  • A file named "RLSystemInfoCollector-Mac.dmg" will be downloaded automatically
  • Find and extract this zip file, then click "RLSysteminfoCollector" to execute.
  • Click "OK" when displaying dialog "Please click OK to start collecting system information."
  • After the process is done, click "OK" on dialog "Finish collecting system information."
  • Find "RL_FBT_UserSysteminfo_OSX.zip" and attach it.
