Issue 12057
After updating the ActorCore application, when I try to upload a model, it gets stuck at 70%
As I mentioned, as of today, after updating the application, this issue applies to all the models I upload; it gets stuck at 70%.
OS: Windows 10

Thanks for your feedback.
Could you please provide the files you utilized?
Also, if this problem keeps happening, please provide the files from the following path.
- C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Reallusion\ActorCore AccuRIG\fbxToObjTemp
If import an OBJ, will it get stuck in the same way?

And then please provide the file to help us identify the problem. Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
