3DXChange CRASH
I have raised this ticket originally on 19th May. The previous version, when I bought it, worked perfectly.
I have made clean uninstall, deleted "3dx7Temp" folder and run the "CleanReg.EXE". Uninstalled Reallusion Hub. Downloaded from my account "ic3DXchange7Pipeline_Enu_Full.exe". Switched off Bitdefender antivirus and installed 3DXchange7Pipeline. Restarted PD and Installed Reallusion Hub from which I updated a patch for 3DXchange7Pipeline. Clicked on DXchange7Pipeline icon to start it. Program CRASHED. Uninstalled all graphic drivers and reinstalled the latest NVIDIA driver with CLEAN Install. Restarted the computer. Clicked on DXchange7Pipeline icon to start it. Program CRASHED. iClone and Character Creator work normally.
You may see the whole history in my support ticket section. This info above is from the last options I have tried. Enclosed is "RL_FBT_UserSystemInfo_Windows.zip" and a Crash Report. Regards Pavel

Hi, after more than a  month and with the help of the Microsoft support, solved the problem of the 3DXChange CRASH. The problem is with 3DXChange Pipeline. The NVIDIA driver is too high end for 3DExchange Pipeline (32bit program) and therefore it crashes. iClone and Character Creator work fine, because they are 64bit programs.  When I disabled NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti driver and switched on Generic PnP Monitor driver. It WORKED.

Hi, I have tried "DPI scaling behavior" in the early stages of my ticket and it DOESN'T WORK. Here is the snap of my other options: I have checked the Internet for possible solutions. I have also found that this 3DXchange 7 Pipeline CRASH have several other customers. So far they don't seem to find the solution either. I have tried to use several older drivers on my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, but no difference. I have now back the latest one. I have also clicked on the icon and properties to run it with the compatibility of Windows 8 and disabling display scaling on high DPI setting etc. No difference 3DXchange 7 Pipeline Crashes. So, it seems to me that there is the problem with the 3DXchange 7 Pipeline program itself, which needs to be fixed. Regards Pavel

I see that in FT3736 you have tried the Override DPI scaling method and it's not worked.

There are other users who have scaled their DPI setting and encountered 3DXchange crash on startup, please refer to this issue and see if the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" solution work for you.
