We are seeing this happen occasionally as well. Currently using v5.1 of CC.

Hi gkhalil,

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the long delay in getting back to you.

We are writing to follow up on your report regarding the right foot bone orientation being reversed when rigging a character in 3ds Max 2025 using Auto Setup.

Our team has been trying to reproduce this behavior, but we haven't been able to trigger the reversed orientation on our end so far.

Since it has been a while since your report, could you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue with the latest version of the CC Auto Setup plugin?

If the problem still occurs, we would really appreciate it if you could share the specific character file (e.g., the .FBX or the original CC project file) that consistently shows this reversed right foot bone. Having your file will be incredibly helpful for our developers to pinpoint the root cause of this specific orientation issue.

You can upload the file to a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us here.

Thank you very much for your patience and for helping us improve our tools!

Best regards,
Kayla

Hi gkhalil,

I hope you are doing well! I am just checking in to follow up on your ticket regarding the reversed right foot bone orientation in 3ds Max 2025.

Have you had a chance to test this rigging process with the latest version of the CC Auto Setup plugin?

Since we haven't been able to reproduce this reversed orientation on our end, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share the specific character file (.FBX or .ccproject) if the issue still persists.

Whenever you have a moment, please feel free to share a cloud link (like Google Drive or Dropbox) with us. Our developers are standing by and ready to investigate this further!

Thank you for your time.

Best regards,
Kayla
